Miguel Rodriquez was a Spaceman 2nd Class on board the CS Tiger Claw. He as on duty with Ashley Galaway locking down missiles and that all the laser batteries held steady at full charge. He blessed himself shortly before the jump into the Ulysses Corridor. He later died in an ordnance room due to lack of oxygen.[1]
Rodriguez is a catholic Christian and does the sign of the cross shortly before the jump through the Charybdis Quasar.
